Very often, we forget that we know the Knowledge.

 It’s simply not about only knowing it, but also that we ourselves, and people around us, know that we know the knowledge.

Knowledge gets us running in our life. It makes us DECIDE; and most importantly, DO!

Knowledge is the carrier, the means of transport, the vehicle.

Knowing that you know Knowledge is the fuel that moves this carrier.

Even if you have the finest means of transport but fail to have the fuel, you can never make a move!

If you Know, but you don’t know that you know, then you have ‘NO’ Knowledge!

Purpose Of Performance

Vision: 

To continuously help and support creation and development of one's capabilities and cognition to shape the self in different domains and dimensions of personality, profession, performance and practices. 

To dynamically deliver difference and derive directions for procuring perfection. 

Purpose of Uploading Useful and Informational Resources on Web: 

1. Backup: To secure and safe our Critical Resources. To retain a backup in case of non availability. 

2. Sharing: To Share and Utilize the Resources to the fullest extent in order to help one in Self Development and for expansion of one's Understanding, Knowledge, Intellect and Wisdom. 

Challenges that are currently faced and need to be addressed: 

1. Organization of files: Deciding the placement of particular files that will ease the user to locate the desired file as early as possible. 

2. Naming Convention Standards of files: All files should follow a common naming convention. As the files are many in Quantity, it is a challenge to rename all of them before uploading. 

3. Speed of Uploading: Need an Internet Connection with high bandwidth for uploading (and downloading) speed.

It provides 25 GB of Free Web Space.
No waiting time for download!
Facilitates Online Viewing of Resources like PowerPoint Presentations, Word Documents, Pdf's etc!


Also, when used with Gladinet client software that maps the entire web space content as a local drive!) it gives a Windows Explorer like Interface. (Very User Friendly).

Having Gladinet installed, gives Network Drive Mapping. [Looks like one of our Drives like, C Drive or D Drive etc..:) that facilitates very easy uploading and downloading.....:)

Henceforth, we will be using "Windows Live Skydrive" Storage for accessing our Resources!

It is a great sign that all of our uploaded Resources are being used to the best....:)

We had a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) done on our '4shared' and found that it is not meeting many of the general user considerations.

Hence we have now decides to CHANGE!...:)

The new Web Service we will be using henceforth is "Windows Live Skydrive"!

This is because:

Punch’iN Performance!!!

We all face problems in our life. It’s our thinking that triggers the true Tact’s and Techniques that help us to solve our problems.
 

We all have 5 fingers. We all use each one of them. But when we use all them together, it delivers a bigger impact.Likewise for any problem or an issue that we face in our life, that needs to be solved, it needs a Performance with a Powerful Punch.

This Punch will be to ‘Ask 5 Questions’ to Yourself, or to People who can be associated to that problem, in order to have a proper Perception of the persisting problem.

1. Ask ‘What’?

Ask what the problem is, its Characteristics, Complexity and Challenges.

2. Ask ‘How’?

Ask the Techniques, Ideas and Workflows to be implemented for Problem Solving.

3.  Ask ‘When’?

Ask the Timings, Schedules and Deadlines so that you can do without delays.

4. Ask ‘Who’?

Ask, who are the People who can Guide, Solve, or Help Solve the problem.

5.       Ask ‘Where’?

Ask the locations of Meetings, Planning and Performance.

6. Ask ‘Why’?

Ask for the reason why you need to, or should invest yourself into the Problem Solving Process. Ask the need, necessity, background and benefits of the Problem Solving.

By doing this, it will prepare you with a Plan and a Perspective to Process the problem, that too, prior to your Performance!

You might be surprised of why I wrote 6 questions instead of 5. Reason is, to specify the question which specifies the reason for the rest of the questions!

Even if we have 5 fingers, doesn’t mean that we will win! The incorporation of the invisible internal driving force is the only factor that will drive the doings.

Similarly, the “Why?” Question is a Driver Question which tells you, why you will do, what you will do. It tells you, why you will want to put your valuable Time, Effort and Energy in the Problem Solving.

I hope you try to understand, ‘Why’ am I writing this…:D
