Miss-Take!

Please allow me to introduce to you, a very special girl who happens to be everywhere and is so successful in having control, command and conquer over the hearts and minds of almost every other individual on this Earth!!!

And her name is……..Miss ”Take”!!!

We take a lot of things in our life. We take breath, we take food, we take visibility of this world, we take audibility of this world, we take data, we take information, we take knowledge, we take wisdom, we take inputs, we take guidance, we take and keep on taking everything in us and around us for granted!

As I already said that we keep on taking, we continue to take a couple of few more things as well..!

We take understanding of the things that are happening around us, we take communication that is delivered or is made from our self, people or processes that execute around us; we take the interpretation that our mind does when something happens in and out of us. We take judgment that is made by our self or others about anything that survives in our brain; then we use this judgment as a foundational focus factor in determining our thoughts and actions against what is judged.

If you have, by any chance have had an analysis of ‘what went wrong?’ then you will find that most of the times the fault is within you; and still you bluntly blame back being bitterly bold!

Here is what really happens when you were performing and perceived post-performance that there was a problem:

You have Miss-Communicated it!

You have Miss-Understood it!!

You have Miss-Interpreted it!!!

You have Miss-Judged it!!!!

Most of us live in the unawareness of this happening!

And many of us sometimes self specify that I have done a “Miss-take!!!”

Yes! They have taken it; but they have “Miss-Taken” it!!!

Beware from “Miss-Take” as she occurs on a very high frequency in your times!

‘Miss-Take’ is Omni-present and happens to have a significant sustenance with a very high and heavy influence and impact on the ideas and implementations of people and processes!

Its Priority!

Its priority because you have limited energy...

Its priority because you have many tasks to do...

Its priority because you know some tasks better...

Its priority because you have less time to do...

Its priority because there is a dependency...

Its priority because there is urgency...

Its priority because it’s a necessity...

Its priority because YOU are a priority...!

"ABCDE" ACCEPT BE CHANGE DETERMINE EVOLVE!

ACCEPT:

Non acceptance limits our understanding to a certain specific domain and delimits our capability and scope to function differently at different places...

it acts as a barrier and a hurdle in the path of success...

Even if its "Bad", accept it, defeat it, coz it is for "Good"

Even if "Ravan"! Accept it, defeat it, use your potential, demonstrate your strength, use your weapons....!

Until then, Ram is not there and will never be there....!

Understand why God did it to you!

Understand why He chose you over the rest and the few!

when He gives u Pain, He wants "You" to GAIN!!!!

No Evil, no God!  

No problems.... means no thrills, no challenges, no progress, no meaning of being assigned "human" as a "value" for this "life" which is a "Variable"!

BE:

Dont think of it!

Dont do of it!!

Dont do for it!!!

Rather just be it!

be in it!

feel of what it thinks...

feel of what it takes...

feel of how it feels..

if you are successful to convince your heart and give it some freakin 2-3 feelings some freakin' 2-3 emotions...

no matter what complex the task, no matter how big the system, no matter how many oppose!...

you make and find your own way towards your target!

coz u have first been the target and felt how it feels to be the target!

its not the journey its a feeling of being felt of how it feels to feel the feeling.

BE IN IT...FEEL WHAT IT EXACTLY IT IS....

IF YOU successfully understand a thing then it will take no time for you to go into it and think about solving it or do something for solving it!

CHANGE:

IF YOU DONT CHANGE TODAY, PEOPLE WILL CHANGE YOU TOMORROW!

DETERMINE:

determine what is what,

determine good in bad,

determine bad in good

determine the value and usefullness in garbage...

determine the importance and significance in a small thing...

determine the acts the thoughts, the power the people!

Determination is more powerful than Decision....

coz decision is more scientific, it is a rigid framework, a flow, a strict sequence..

Determination has an emotion, a sentiment, personal sacrifice, personal sufferings, it carries the pain, it carries the desire and it makes you deserve!

EVOLVE:

the above ABCD when incorporated, results in YOU getting EVOLVED, ensuring SUCCESS, assuring GROWTH in the BEST, Winning Over the REST!

Conquering d Dart!

Adapt Change to Deliver Change!

I had joined into my first Project which was in an Execution Phase. I had to understand the Test Cases written and execute them and determine the process’s Functionality and Quality in time.

The biggest challenges were:

1. Being new I was unable to figure out what is going where!

2. There was a drastic necessity of digging into each unit of work I had, and trace out 'Why am I doing what I am doing'!

3. ACHE!!! Anything Can Happen Every time! Adapting timely to the dynamic runtime changes to the Project elements such as, the requirements documents, PRA's and Mapping Documents was a Big Challenge!

While dealing with such scenarios, there was always a possibility and scope to work with an understanding of the Domains and the Systems as a 'WHOLE'!

WHOLE! – WELL-BEING HARKWORK OPPORTUNITY LUCK EFFORT

Being accountable and responsible for Crucial, Critical and Differentiating Project Elements has not only been a challenge to face, but also has been something that kept me apart from others because only those Challenges had created 'Capability' in me!

Fortunately I was able to map the Corporate Domain into something that was value for me...TIAC - Take It As Challenge!

Sooner I had an understanding of how big the Project picture was and where my work integrated in!

I analyzed my State of Mind after the Project Engagement; I had given 3 E's ‘Effort Energy and Enthusiasm’ and had got 3 E's in-turn from my Performance: ‘Experience, Exposure and Enlightenment’ about the Project Domain!

Thus, the fundamental Thumb Rule that I had formulated was: 'Adapt Change to Deliver Change'!

And now, after having had a positive impact in both ways, the name significance of 'Johndeere' has changed for me!

I am realizing and feeling the Joy-in-Deere! And often communicate to my friends saying “Why Fear? Join-Deere!” ;)

Incorporating If...Then...Else In Lif....!
